Retailer Partner Location:
Retail partners must be entities based in the United States with a valid sales tax exemption in their state.
Payment:
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Warranty:
1 year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Please contact service@velovetta.com in the case you receive a defective product.
Returns:
Returns are allowed within 15 days from shipment date and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact service@velovetta.com to arrange a return.
Acceptance and termination:
Access to wholesale products may be denied or revoked at any time.
Modifications:
These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time. Review terms at time of each purchase.
